Tom, an Automotive Service Manager; and Michele, a Corporate Office Manager; were compelled to deliver something that had been lacking in the automotive service industry. That something, as it turned out was a genuine concern for the Customer. Beginning with a strong background in the industry (Tom also provided aftermarket training to automotive professionals) and a relentless desire to provide a superior product to our Clients; the doors were opened January 17th, 1995. Our goals, as it turned out, were exactly what the public was looking for! The type of Automotive facility that you could feel comfortable recommending to “Your Family & Friends”!
